Group Class Timetable

Aside from scheduled group Pilates classes, Sally also offers (by appointment) private small group Pilates sessions and personal individual classes. Sally is qualified to work with referrals from physiotherapists and chiropractors/osteopaths for rehabilitation.

 

All scheduled Pilates classes are 55 minutes. Please note that advanced booking is required for all scheduled classes as spaces are limited.

Classes may be paid for each visit or in a credit block of 10. The credit lasts for 6 months and can be used as and when you like. You can subscribe regularly to a particular class or book in for a variety of classes to suit your schedule. For information on prices please contact me.

Pre-booking is essential as class numbers are limited

For all scheduled classes a 24 hours notice cancellation policy applies otherwise you will be charged in full for the class.

You will be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire and sign the Studio Guidelines form prior to enrolling for classes. (This is for your own safety and helps your instructor cater for any medical conditions or injuries you may have.)

If you are recovering from or suffering with a current injury please enquire which classes would be most suitable for you. Depending on the nature /severity of the injury, a note from your medical practitioner or physiotherapist summarising your condition will help us to provide the best care for you. We may suggest an initial course of individual rehabilitation sessions to prepare you for the group classes.
